Morning Prayer
Morning Prayer will not be said in church from Easter Monday to the early May Bank Holiday inclusive.  It will resume on Tuesday 2nd May.

Monday 17th April – Easter Monday (Bank Holiday)
Low Mass will be at 11.00am instead of the usual time.

Wednesday 19th April
1.10pm Our new season of organ recitals opens on Wednesday 19th April with a recital by Michael Overbury from Newark, Nottinghamshire.  Free admission; retiring collection in aid of St Michael’s Music Trust.  Recitals last approximately 50 minutes.

Sunday 23rd April The Second Sunday of Easter (Low Sunday)
There will be two services only on Low Sunday:
8.00am  Low Mass
10.30am  Solemn Mass and Sunday School
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held in the hall immediately after the 10.30am Mass.

Wednesday 26th April
1.10pm Organ recital by Riccardo Gnudi  from Gothenburg, Sweden.

Saturday 29th April
11.00am Mass this Saturday (as on the last Saturday of every month) will be for the intention of Our Lady of Walsingham, preceded at 10.30am by the Rosary.

Sunday 30th April – The Third Sunday of Easter
8.00am  Low Mass
9.30am  Family Mass
11.00am  Solemn Mass and Sunday School
No Evensong and Benediction.

Monday 1st May – Early May Bank Holiday
Low Mass will be at 11.00am instead of the usual time.  Morning Prayer will resume on Tuesday 2nd May.

Wednesday 3rd May
1.10pm Organ recital by Edward Hewes of Southwark Cathedral.

Quiz Night
A Quiz Night planned for the end of April has been postponed.
 
Charities
A Retiring Collection for the Bishop of Southwark’s Lent Appeal will be taken after Masses up to Easter Day.  The Bishop is raising money for initiatives to support food security and access to water in our partner dioceses in Zimbabwe and also for projects in Southwark Diocese supporting people who are homeless or who suffer from addiction issues.
